EN Ticket Assessment Guide
This tool was designed to assist a workforce Employment Network in understanding the customer flow as it relates to Ticket to Work in the job center, plus step by step guidance to determine whether or not they can provide the services the Ticket Holder may need and thus determine whether or not to assign the ticket.

Ticket to Work Tracking Tools
The NDI Team has two tracking tools available to help workforce ENs to track the number of Tickets assigned, EN payments and revenue. One of the tools is a better fit for a regionally designed EN, Ticket Data Manager, and the other is a better match for a state EN model referred to as the Ticket Tracker.
